naye made me icons! I've capslocked all over the place and gushed embarassingly to her, and now I want to show you all the fruits of her labours, because they're awesome.

naye told me she wanted to make me something for my birthday, I thought she meant ONE icon, and I was thrilled. When I checked my email and saw that she'd made me about a million, I just about expired from the glee.

I particularly adore the dramatic colours in #11 and the hotness of the boys in it; and the warm lighting in the shot of John and Rodney walking in the corridor together (16); and the gorgeous recolouring in #20. I would love them even if they weren't all beautiful, just because it's such a sweet, wonderful gift. But they are beautiful, don't you think?! She's thoughtful and talented!

I think that #9 is crying out for a caption but I'm having a failure of imagination. My flist is populated with writers - anyone? Naye said she'd put text on any I wanted text on, and I do like a well-aimed caption. Doesn't John look as if his attention is on someone, crotchward? Are any of you struck with inspiration for that one, or for any of the others?

For some reason, "hurts so good" came to mind for No. 9, which is GORGEOUS BEYOND BELIEF. It is so hot, and he looks a little hurty, which is probably why my brain did that. But can you just call it HOT.*g* Mmmm, "hot in sepia." sepia hot, lol.

Hmm, it also looks like he could be making a choice, a hard one. Weirdly, "choose" seems appropriate also.

"Now?" could work too, definitely. I may like that best of all.*g* This makes me want to write a ficlet. Not a good plan, because I'm finishing up another one as I write this. (Big Bang avoidance is extremely powerful, I've found *g*)

I'll ponder more. It'll be fun to see what people come up with. The Atlantis ones are beautiful!!! Wow.

For some reason, I want to put something stupid like 'Heeere kitty!' on 13, because John's so focussed and ominous and it wouldn't take much to turn him maniacal. Which amuses me, because he's probably being the Big Damn Hero in that cap.

(I'm really happy with how these came out, actually! Some I did from scratch, others I'd had cropped and such for a while without doing anything with them... But they all seem to suit you! ♥)

I very much love #15, it made me laugh out loud. Dorky indeed! Ronon in #5 is just perfect. Teyla in #3 also seems to miss a caption. I'm thinking "Seriously?"

And I can't help it, but the longer I stare at #9 and #10 the more I think John is going to fall asleep any moment. (Is that the stasis chamber shot? That would explain a lot. *g*) "Close your eyes and think of Atlantis" comes to mind.
