Well, you'll notice that I didn't spend Easter with my actual family. (Actually, they aren't that bad anymore - retirement suits my parents. They do live 5 hours away though. Claire's parents live in Poland - but she can get from door to door faster than I can!)
They're all so lovely. And I love that I've been around long enough and at enough family things that I'm automatically included now. I talk to Frank a couple of times a week on the phone, too - is it weird that an 80 something is a staple of my social life?!
I was in two minds about whether to hit 'post' on a mocking post about the senile, disabled old people... but I do it with love. So that's allowed. *nods*
